Our mission is to introduce women and girls to golf and to provide a supportive community for them to learn and enjoy the game. We offer four membership types for adult golfers.
Full Membership
Golfers who would like to have their handicap/index managed by SOTL via the Northern California Golf Association (NGGA)

Fee - $100.00 for 2023
Associate
Membership
Golfers who want to be introduced to the game and build their skills toward a handicap

Fee is $50.00 for 2023
Dual Membership
Golfers who belong to another NCGA club and want to have their handicap/index managed by that club but retain membership in SOTL.
Fee - $50.00 for 2023
​Western States
Golf Association
We offer membership in the Western States Golf Association, an African American association. Membership allows participation in their sanctioned tournaments throughout the year. 
Fee for 2023 is $25.00 and is separate and not included in the payments above.
Western States Golf Association
In 2009 SOTL became a member club of the Western States Golf Association (WSGA) to share resources and access to handicap reporting systems. The WSGA is a 65-year-old African American golf association operating primarily in the Western United States, with over 27 local clubs forming its membership. Learn more.
